Life Insurance

If your loved ones depend on you for financial support, you understand the financial burden that can be placed on them if you suddenly were no longer there.  Life insurance helps protect your loved ones by ensuring the financial resources are available for them if this were to occur.   We offer several different types of life insurance, many of which can be approved quickly with simplified underwriting.

Basic dental plans as low as $19 per month for an individual and $16 per month for a child. Premier dental for $39 per month for an individual or $28 for a child.

Supplemental Coverage

With the rising cost of health insurance, many families and indiviuduals have been forced to take on higher deductibles.  This puts the burden on you to be exposed to greater financial loss in the case of something catastrophic occuring.  Suppplemental coverage helps protect against these and other unexpected costs.  HSK offers a wide variety of supplemental policies that pay cash benefits directly to you so you can use the money however you see fit.

Accident Plans:  Provide a lump sum cash benefit for injuries caused by an accident.  Covered expenses often include:  Emergency room treatment, Surgery, Major diagnostic exams, Follow up physical therapy, and Hospital Confinement.

Critical Illness:  Provides a lump sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a covered criticial illness.  Illnesses typically include heart attack, stroke, cancer, and others.  Benefits typically range fro $10k to $60k.

Hospital Confinement:  Provides a daily cash benefit for hospital confinement related to an illness or accident.  Often the benefit will increase if the person is in the ICU.

Dental and Vision:  Coverage offered through a network of providers.  Plans typically cover preventive and diagnostic exams,  and restorative procedures.  In-Network savings for eyewear and lenses.

To purchase a Medicare Supplement policy, in general,  you must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B.

To find out if you are, check your medicare card for Hospital (Part A) and Medicare (Part B) under the "Is Entitled To" section,  which will indicate that you are enrolled.

Medicare

Finding and choosing the right medicare coverage can be a confusing process.  There are many factors that often need to be taken into account before making a final decision.  Our knowlegeable agents are here to make the process easy.  Below are a few of things we can help you understand when making this decision and picking the plan that best fits your needs.

Medicare Supplement:  Medicare Supplement Plans are intended to help by “filling the gaps” in your Medicare Part A and B coverage. You are still enrolled in Medicare and can keep your same doctors, but a supplement makes expenses such as deductibles more predictable.  Usually, Medicare Supplement plans are standardized and labeled A through N.

Medicare Advantage:  Medicare Advantage plans are similar to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan.  Plans include all of your Medicare Part A and Part B  benefits, plus emergency care.  Medicare Advantage plans may also include Medicare Part D and zero plan premuims.

Medicare Part D:  Enrolling in a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan is not required, but many people do because it can help manage your medication expenses. With Medicare Part D you are able to get some relief from the high cost of medications  you are taking, or may take in the future.
